We happily take bookings, and all table availability is updated in real time. Walk-ins are welcome, and we encourage you to come by at any time even if your preferred time is booked out. We have a bar area where you can sample one of our 230 fine tequilas while you wait.

Head Chef Dayna Valiterra Chef Dayna, a native to Mexico City, has a wealth of experience cooking for a multi-cultural mix of cushiness which include, Spanish, Lebanese and Japanese among many others. Drawing from Mexico's own diverse and vast recipe book; and the influence of her own mother’s insistence for only using the freshest ingredients, helped shape and develop Dayna’s own interpretation of all the international cuisines. This has served her well when working with many embassies in Mexico City. Using these experiences as a creative platform, she would then craft Mexican menus that would not only appeal to the "country" in which she would be preparing events for, but also making sure that the Mexican dishes featured at those events, remained authentically Mexican.

Dayna understands at its core, what Mexican food is. It is more than the offerings from the north of the country. More than your traditional nachos and quesadillas. It is as diverse as the country of Mexico itself. Come and experience the fresh and modern take that our Chef Dayna brings to your table.
